About Brandon Carneiro
I’m the founder and CEO of PILLAR, Christian Super Intelligence for life between Sundays. I write Ground That Holds, essays on faith, technology, and the things we accept without thinking them through. My book, Pillars: How to Build Your Life on Rock, is written for young adults. The manuscript is complete.
Before PILLAR, I spent twenty years in wine. I grew up in Napa Valley, became a sommelier, earned an MBA, and built a wine company to eight figures. People bought bottles they had never tasted because they trusted the person choosing them. That trust was the business.
My favorite verse
James 1:2-8 NRSVUE
My brothers and sisters, whenever you face various trials, consider it all joy, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance complete its work, so that you may be complete and whole, lacking in nothing.
If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you. But ask in faith, never doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven and tossed by the wind. For the doubter, being double-minded and unstable in every way, must not expect to receive anything from the Lord.
